This Delivery and Return Policy document is prepared to regulate the delivery processes and return conditions of the services offered through the TurkMahall B2B platform. Our platform does not engage in direct product sales but supports inter-company collaboration based on export requests and offers.

1. Service Delivery

TurkMahall B2B is a platform that provides services solely in digital form. The companies listed on our platform can create offers based on export requests and follow these processes online.

No physical product delivery is made, and all processes are conducted electronically.

Users who purchase a subscription gain immediate access to the service once the payment process is completed.

2. Subscription and Service Returns

As the services provided on TurkMahall B2B are delivered through a digital subscription model, there is no physical return process.

Users who purchase a subscription may exercise the right of withdrawal if they are not satisfied with the service, within [a specific time period (e.g., 14 days)]. This right is valid only for subscriptions where the service has not been started.

Refunds will not be made for subscriptions where the withdrawal period has expired or where the service has been used.

3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can apply in writing to [email protected].

In your application, you must provide your subscription details, cancellation request, and contact information.

After reviewing your request, if deemed appropriate, your payment will be refunded via the payment method used, no later than 14 business days.

4. Payment and Security

All payment transactions are processed through the reliable payment infrastructure provider, Iyzico.

The information entered during payment is protected with a 256-bit SSL certificate and is not stored by TurkMahall B2B.

5. Exceptions

The right of return is not valid in the following cases:

  • The entire service has been used.
  • Special offers or campaigns provided under the subscription have been utilized.
  • The user's account is closed due to actions contrary to platform rules.
