Cooking Recommendation
For 400 g of dumplings, boil 2 liters of water with a little salt and vegetable oil. Add the dumplings to the boiling water. Cook frozen dumplings for 10 minutes and fresh dumplings for 15 minutes on low heat, then turn off the stove. Let the dumplings sit in the pot for 1-2 minutes, and after they settle at the bottom, drain them and they are ready to serve. Optionally, serve with garlic yogurt, sumac, red pepper flakes, and mint, topped with butter sauce.
Important Information
Fresh Dumplings: Products stored at +4°C are packaged in a protective atmosphere. As long as the vacuum seal remains intact, the product has a shelf life of 90 days. Once opened, it should be consumed within 5 days.
Frozen Dumplings: Products are shock frozen at -40°C and stored at -18°C. They are delivered to customers in our vehicles under cold chain conditions at -18°C.
For proper storage, keep the product in a freezer at -18°C. Under these conditions, the product's shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
