Place the 240 ⁰ c on the bottom of the heated oven and cook until it is brown (about 12 minutes). Pour warm or cold sherbet over the cooked hot künefe. Serve hot by decorating peanuts, walnuts, cream or ice cream.
NOTES:If you want, you can fry both sides in the teflon pan and pour sherbet and serve.
Sherbet suggestion:
For a künefe, half a cup of powdered sugar and half a cup of water are boiled and poured over the hot künefe. If you want the kadayif to be more crispy, pour the sherbet cold.
The issues to be considered!
Künefe is not cooked in a microwave. Remove the künefe from the freezer and then apply it to the heated oven. The cheese of the künefin, which is applied or cooked in the oven before the oven reaches the desired temperature, may harden.
This may cause künefin to lose flavor.
