Dolphon CV-108 is a two-component product specifically formulated to get the rotors of electric motors (component A and component B).
It has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, based on heavy mechanical conditions and can be processed with shavings with the ingredients to which it is affixed.
It does not contain any lead compound.

EXPLANATION
 

The CV-108 is a two-compound compound with a smooth, fibrous, paste-like consistency that prevents the flow of the compound during application.
After mixing CV-1108, it solidifies at room temperature and is resistant to moisture, solvent and chemicals.
CV-1108 has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces and is based on heavy mechanical conditions. After the paste is cured, it can be subjected to sawdust if necessary.
CV-108 does not contain bullets.
 

Uses
The CV-108 is used especially for balancing and general engineering/electronic applications by adding weights of electric motor industries, rotors and fans.

To mix up
Mix the component A and the component B at ratio 1: 1 (weight or volume). Even if the mixture rate between the two components is slightly different (± 10 %), the compound hardens perfectly
Carefully mix the two components with a spatula until you get a uniform green mixture.

CAP LIFE
A + B mixture has a 4 -hour container life at 25 ° C.
