One of the most common sauces. Sopho Barbecue Sauce is produced to preserve the smoky flavor of the original recipe, without being overwhelming, and retains its quality even under heat. It has a medium smoky aroma.
USAGE AREAS:
It can be used hot or cold in oven and pan dishes, grills, toasts, sandwiches, hamburgers, and throughout fast food applications.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, sugar, tomato paste, tomato puree, modified corn starch, salt, vinegar, smoke flavoring, coloring (ammonium sulfite caramel E150d), thickener (xanthan gum E415), flavorings, anchovy flavor (fish product), spice blend, acidity regulator (citric acid E330), preservatives (potassium sorbate E202, sodium benzoate E211).
ALLERGEN WARNING:
Contains fish products, mustard, and nutmeg. Produced on the same line as gluten-containing products.
